Russell Higgins who grew up in Maryland-dc area lived there until he was 20. Tjayy Johnson is the second oldest of 5 that always have 1 younger brother 1 older Brother and 2 younger sisters. He was raised in bad neighborhood and was raised by his mother only but was in contact with his father sometimes. When he was 15 he was harassed by 2 Cops on his way home from school after that he decided he wanted to become a cop to stop people from thinking all cops are like that. 2 years later he finished high school and wanted to try and start Police academy in Maryland. Three years later he moved to New York Because he want to become a cop in New York.
