The-Ted

Ted Jefferson is a young guy who was born in Los Angeles. He liked helping people, and did a lot of good in the city. One day he met a gang, they tried to get him on their side. He worked with them just so he can get some information of who they really are. After a couple of months, when he got their trust, he got the cops to arrest them all. Ted was working with the police the whole time. Police got everyone in custody except their boss, he somehow got away, and passed unidentified by the police. Ted only knows his name is Robain DuBois. Ted Joined the Law Enforcement not long ago after the bust. He heard Robain DuBois left Los Angeles and headed to New York. Ted was reassigned to New York by the chief of police: Karl Dodge. He went to New York after Robain because he thought it was his duty to do so. Ted stumbled across Robain a few times in New York, so he knew he was there for sure. But every time Ted tried to arrest Robain, he shot him and ran away. Now Ted is back and stronger than ever, he has the power of will to go after his worst nemesis. He hopes to find him one day and bring him to justice. But till then Ted will continue to go up the Chain Of Command in the police force. A few years later, after Ted flew in New York, he pulled over a fully blacked out vehicle, when he walked up to the window he asked the driver to roll the windows down. When the driver did as Ted said, Ted saw Robain's face in the driver seat of the vehicle. Robain pulled out a gun, shot Ted in the vest, and drove away, Ted quickly pressed the panic button, got back in his vehicle and started chasing Robain. There was 2 Tahoe's 3 Crown Victora's 1 Air Unit, and 2 Motorcycles in the pursuit. Ociffer Ted was the primary unit. They chased Robain up and down Vespucci Blvd; in the Vinewood hills, and the pursuit ended near the observatory. Primary unit 212 Ted Jefferson asked for a pit, it got approved, ted rammed Robain on the side, made him spin out, Robain's car hit a wall. He got out with an automatic rifle, started shooting, he shot 3 unit's, and Ted was behind his car taking fire. Out of nowhere comes Unit 326 Alexander Henzl from behind a Crown Victoria, they made a plan in a few seconds, when Robain went out of bullets, 2 Ociffer's got out of cover, pinned Robain against a wall, Robain shot Ted once more, but as soon as Ted fell down, Alexander shot Robain 2 times in the back. Alexander took Robain's weapon and immediately ran to check on Ted. Alexander called a code 4, and medic's rolled in, nobody got killed, but Ted was in a critical condition. But Robain was finally brought to justice. When Ted got taken to the Capital Blvd. hospital, Alexander came to visit him every day, until he got released from the hospital. After that, Alexander and Ted became really good friends, they started to hang out every day, and they started to ride along all the time. They were progressing through their carrier's together, and they were always such a good partner to each other. If it wasn't for that incident with Robain, they would never have met each other.
