      Local and global out of character chat. Talking at three different levels (whisper/talk/shout) Command to private message someone in game. Vehicles to have inventories where you can store items. Similarly, command to search vehicle inventory for cops. Command for advertisements. Better player clothing customization. Improved player animation. Properties maybe?
